About Us

Compassionate.jpg

We are a group of people passionate about loving God and others the way that He loves us.

Remember Ministries is a non-denominational charitable organization formed in the summer of 2020. It was born out of necessity to respond as a Church to two escalating and dire human rights crises in our world today – the refugee crisis and the continuing escalation of the rise of persecution against Christians.

We were approved as a Sponsorship Agreement Holder by the IRCC in 2024.

Our Vision and Mission

Our vision is to strengthen the unity of the global Church, while living out the commands of God to care for our brothers and sisters in need – those who have been forced to leave their homes and countries due to persecution and violence. We believe this will help to bring transformation to our communities as we leave our comfort zones and step out in faith to love others whom we have never met.

Our mission is to raise awareness of the plight of persecuted believers who have been forced from their home countries and, in a world where most countries are shutting their doors to refugees, are struggling with no safe place to go. It is also to equip and empower churches to sponsor these refugees and discover the joy of welcoming strangers into our hearts and homes.

A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John13:34,35

“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” Ephesians 4:11-13

Who we are

What we believe

As the Church works together to welcome refugees and live in community together with persecuted Christians from around the world, our fellowship in the Spirit will be strengthened and our unity and love will be a sign to the world. We desperately need the voices of our brothers and sisters who have experienced persecution to wake us up from our slumber and to earnestly press in to know God and to know the power of His Word and the present reality of His love even in the midst of suffering.
